I feel like Noho's not an actual neighborhood but a big mashup of tiny neighborhoods. It crosses Greenwich, The Bowery, Nolita, the East Village and Union Square. And, they all have ways in which they're similar and ways in which they're different. Any of those neighborhoods is a safe bet. It's a great area.
