Thanks for the heads up, hhusted! Certainly better than the Oxford service - I called the "24/7" expert here when I spilled tea on my keyboard - I could not understand a word he was saying, he didn't seem to understand a word I was saying, and despite the fact he said he'd come over after 12:30 (implying it would be much later - he had a very busy morning), he got huffy when I wasn't home at 12:25...
