West Village Obsession

I know it goes without saying but I was in the West Village today and I just love it there so much. On a nice day, to sit out at Extra Virgin for hours with friends and wine . . . and then head the long way to Bobo for a nightcap. Just heaven. It's just so lovely there. It's like a completely different city.

I agree - it's a quaint, more charming version of the city. I sometimes feel overwhelmed at all of the eatery options, but I manage.

@JenMac I think most people would agree with you .. it is a charming enclave of the city but its eateries are quite pricey of course I am referring to joints like Spotted Pig, Waverley Inn et al.

It sounds like a nice place to go visit. Too bad the prices at restaurants are high. Having lower prices would have made for a nice experience.

I'll agree it's pretty pricey . . .but Spotted Pig isn't THAT bad. I mean, as opposed to a place like Minetta.
