Rents Are Going Up Again

If you have not heard, the city's Rent Guidelines Board voted Thursday night to raise lease renewals on the city's more than one-million rent regulated apartments.

The biggest problem is high property taxes and water and sewer bills.

Well, that's depressing! I think my grandmother has a rent-regulated apartment - she's not going to be pleased...

A lot of apartment renters are going to feel it. I wonder how many people will decide to move now.
