Lunch Tables Turned Into Works of Art

Has anyone seen tables turned into works of art?

Take a look at this:

Pretty cool, right. This occurred in Staten Island. It seems Staten Island is home to a lot of talented people.

Have you seen anything like what was shown in the video, in your neck of the woods?

This is fantastic! I often think that Staten Island is a really underrated borough - it should clearly be the next hipster enclave. The fact that it's hard-ish to get to should only make it MORE exclusive...

@ajadedidealist: I agree. You can get to Staten Island by ferry or by bridge.

Nah, no way Staten Island is becoming any kind of hipster enclave. Trust me on this one...

@Uraniumfish Where will the next generation of poor young artists move? Wherever they land, hipsters will follow. The Bronx is looking pretty cheap these days.

@BroadwayBK They can go to Philly, where everyone has an inferiority complex about not being in NYC.

I think Staten Island is too full of mafia guys, they would never let their hood go to the artists.

Maybe there could be some Mob-supported art! Like, artists paying "protection money" for their cheap studios, and suspicious looking men in black fedoras peering out at every new gallery opening...
