Grocery store translations

I had to laugh when I saw this article because so much of my grocery store experience in Chinatown involves mysterious products whose labels I cannot read:

Long live NYC's food diversity!

As someone who shops a lot at specialty grocery stores (mostly Middle Eastern, Turkish, and North African) and loves to cook non-European foods, this article resonated with me! On the one hand, I don't think any business should have to change its practices to fit my needs - and if 99.99% of the buyers of a given product in a neighborhood speak Arabic or Turkish, why should I make a fuss? On theother hand, I'd love to have even more access to ethnic groceries - more cooking options!
