Whats it like living in the Mount Greenwood neighborhood of Chicago?

It's very safe, there are a lot of good families nearby, and firefighters and police officers live there, so you can be sure that there won't be very many problems. I feel it's fairly walkable at night because of this too, which is a big plus.
