What are some of your New Years resolutions for 2014?

I'm not real good at keeping resolutions made at New Years. I recently read an article regarding resolutions for other people in the office that co-workers wish they would keep? Here's the wish list: Give useful feedback, Treat the shared kitchen kindly, Stop being passive-aggressive, Respect shared space (Your colleagues in the office down the hall don't need to hear both sides of your loud conversation), Don't pass the buck. I hereby resolve to think about resolutions for next year.
