In no particular order:

-Wine tasting or visiting vineyards. Not everyone is into alcoholic beverages or wine and that's fine, but there are several excellent wineries in Washington/Millbrook and they're worth a visit. I believe one can also take a tour of these establishments, which is good if you've got the kids or other non-tasters with you because they'll take you down into the wine cellar, show you the barrels, all that sort of fun stuff. Especially at Millbrook Vineyards, there are actually a few things to do.

-Horseback riding. This town is big on horses and there are several places here and in neighboring towns where anyone, beginners to experts, can saddle up.

-Golf. The Millbrook Golf Course looks really, really nice. (There's a tennis center as well, if golf isn't your thing.)

-Visit the Tribute Gardens. This is a nice, restful park with a lot of pretty settings.

-Admire the outdoors in general. Washington is not a built-up town; not even the village of Millbrook is that developed. There are lots of wide-open spaces and green spots to appreciate.
