In Millbrook, the lots don't tend to be big (if you're right in the heart of the village) and homes/businesses are more closely clustered together. Elsewhere in Washington, the lots can get pretty large. It might not get so dire that you don't know any of your neighbors, but there are certainly parts of this town where the houses are very, very spread out. Some homeowners have huge tracts of land here so their houses are inherently isolated. You might be able to get to know your neighbors, but depending on where in Washington you live, you might not HAVE a lot of neighbors.
