About how much of Millbrook is families and how much is never-married singles?

In 2000, there were 1429 people living in the village of Millbrook; in 2010, there were 1452. I could only find the family dynamic statistics from 2000, but since a 10-year change only yielded an additional 23 people, I doubt if much has changed. Then the population was 43% married, and 40% single; it gets messy when you start adding single women with children, non-married cohabitators, single people over 65, etc. But by reputation, Millbrook is more couples/family-oriented, without much of a singles scene.
