"Another average street in Centennial"
Madison Way is just like every other street in the Centennial subdivision. There are small homes that go for anywhere around the lower $100s. They have basements, small front and back yards, and all of them are pretty close together. Many of them are nice and neatly kept, while there are always the few on the street that aren't. This subdivision is a big rental area, so although it's mostly families living here, there seems to be a big turnaround in many areas.
The schools are close enough to walk to for older kids, although the buses do have several stops in the neighborhood. The area is located near the rec center, a couple of banks and churches, and a few mediocre restaurants. Just a couple of miles away is a grocery store and gas stations. Madison Way backs up to Colfax Avenue which is a nice, quiet way to get into town for those who would like to avoid the highway. This is also a back way into Bennett when the highway is closed due to weather conditions.
There is a small park in the neighborhood, at the east end of Madison Way, within walking distance for kids. With so many families in the neighborhood, there are a lot of kids here.
