I had a friend tell me to check out Namaqua Hills in Loveland, can anyone tell me what it's like?

Nice! Very short drive from the center of Loveland, but has that "Getting away from it all" feel with hills, trees, wildlife...... All the streets are paved, and they appeared to be maintained well in the winter. Some of the homes just have an INCREDIBLE view. I think the smallest lots are right at or above 1/4 acre up to over 1.5 acres. House prices are varied from mid $200k-$700k.
