What is the best internet provider in Louisville?

Comcast/timewarner/Spectrum or AT&T those are your only choices...if you can get ATT fiber then that is the best option, next would be Spectrum, then uverse IMO.

Neither of those companies is good, please understand that i'm not saying hey this is the one to go with...purely a quality of connection list.

Spectrum and ATT will fight you tooth and nail for any issue you have, sometimes going as far as to say "we'll have to charge you to send a technician out since we don't see any issue" even though you have multiple dslreports tests showing high packet loss and you've replaced your modem 4 times...

Comcast is available in most (if not all) of Louisville, and that's my personal favorite. Everyone has a horror story with a cable provider, but they've always been good to me.
