What neighborhoods are dog friendly?

dog parks, restaurants/cafes that allow dogs, homes without pet restrictions...

Most of LA is dog friendly, some places more than others. West Hollywood, Studio City and Beverly Hills are all great. In Studio City, shop owners put out water bowls for the pooches shopping with their owners. I take my dogs all the time and they are allowed into shops, restaurants allow them if they have a patio.
