"An exclusive community surrounded by scenic views"

For the 521 residents of Loghill Village, there are beautiful, scenic sights all around. This area lies 30 minutes from Ouray and about 19 minutes from the town of Ridgway. Loghill Village became very popular in the 1990s when more than half of the homes here were built. Prior to that there were only 65 homes in this entire area. The median average home price here is $507,903, although that number is significantly lower due to including townhomes. The houses here are large, beautiful and expensive. The mean detached home price here is $650,012. The most common industry here is professional, technical, and scientific services and as with these professions there is typically a larger salary. The median household income here is $75,076 which is well above the state average. The area is predominantly white, at just over 95%.

Residents here have just about every outdoor activity available to them. They are located close to Ridgway Reservoir which is located within Ridgway State Park. They are near both the Uncompahgre National Forest and the San Juan National Forest which is great for hiking, camping, and snowshoeing to name just a few activities. For those who want to stick close to home there is an 18 hole golf course and clubhouse here.
