Does anyone know if you can rent row boats or kayaks at any of the lakes in Lewisboro?

I believe there is boat rental in the Mountain Lakes Park; in the other lakes I think only owners who have registration or permit for their boats or kayaks are allowed to use the waters. If anybody knows anything more, I'd like to find out also!
