How much is an average apartments monthly rent in Lakewood?

The average apartment rental rates are: 1 - bedroom $875, 2 - bedrooms $1,020, and a 3 bedroom goes for $1,500. These are just averages, it really depends on what part of Lakewood you're looking at. For example, some areas rent a one bedroom for around $650. Like everywhere, the better the neighborhood the higher the price tag.
