"Four homes here with great property"

This section of Kiowa Bennett Road has only four homes on it. One of the homes lies back from the road and is so nice to look at. The home backs up to the creek bed and there are numerous Cottonwood and other trees here, which show all their glory in the fall. The homes seem to have a lot of land and you can often see antelope grazing nearby. The larger of the four homes also has a barn and stables and looks as if it could have been modeled after a homestead from 100 years ago. There is a nice white picket fence that lines part of the property as well as the long drive down to the house. I pass by this house several times a week and have always felt that whoever lives there got a really nice piece of land. The homes just looks perfect all tucked up by the trees, away from the road.

The other homes are smaller, but brick and look as if they back up to the creek as well. It's harder to see since they're not in the open like the other home, but one of the driveways leading to one of the housees is always nicely decorated during the holidays.

This is a great location as these homes have some great land, trees, and a creek bed in their back yard. There is nothing else really around here, but shopping and dining are close by, as is the highway.
Pros
  • good pieces of land
  • lots of trees and wildlife
  • neat white picket fences
