Does Hyde Park's town government have public hearings for residents?

I've never been to one of their hearings, but a buddy of mine has gone once or twice. He's lived in Hyde Park for quite a while, and he likes to make his voice heard.

Yes, all town governments schedule public hearings for any change that will affect residents - such as a change in the the building code, taxes, the master plan, developments, etc. If the issue is contentious, they may have to schedule more than one.
