How would you rate Hartwell Cincinnati on a scale on 1-10

Hartwell is a great community to live in including it's little suburb neighborhood, Valley Dale. This area of Springfield Township is near the upscale area of Wyoming. True it's mostly businesses but the homes here are very well kept and you are close to everything in Cincinnati.
It's 17 miles north of downtown and just 6 miles south of the TriCounty Mall and the whole Tricounty/Springdale shopping area.
The community just south of it, Carthage is a very nice Latino neighborhood with businesses and churches and well kept homes. Carthage is also home to one of the largest Knights of Columbus councils in Cincinnati. I suppose I could rate this as an 8.
