"A family oriented street in the Centennial subdivision"

Harrison Drive is located in the Centennial subdivision in Bennett. This area is all single family homes and has a lot of families and kids making up the 746 residents that call this place home. The homes were all built in the very early 1980s and are currently being sold in the low $100s, although there are a lot of deals to be had here due to the economy and the amount of foreclosures in the area. Some of the homes are very nice and well kept up while others are in desperate need of repair, landscaping, or paint. The subdivision is located close to Converse Road so there is pretty quick access to I-70 for those who commute. Nearby are also a rec center, churches, gas, restaurants, and shopping, although choices are limited.
Pros
  • inexpensive homes
Cons
  • some run down looking areas
Recommended for
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
