"Nice, cheap, but going downhill"

Condor Drive travels through two small subdivisions - Audubon Park and Oakland Park, and has several bird-themed cul-de-sacs that run off it. It's fairly quiet - about 15 years old - and prices range from $150-$200,000. The main road, Oakland Road, has gotten busy with new subdivisions, and the area overall has gone downhill. But it's close to Hwy 316 and Lawrenceville Highway.
