"A quiet street with mainly families living here"
Cleveland Court is the easternmost road in the Centennial subdivision. It is set back a bit from North Converse Road so there is no real noise from traffic, but it has the benefit of having quick access to getting out of the subdivision and to the schools or the highway quickly. Residents on this road have just a quick walk to the rec center on Converse Road or to several businesses just across Converse Road.
The homes are all single family and on the small side, many of them selling for around the low $100s. Some of the homes on this road are nicely kept while others aren't. There are several homes on this street which are rentals, so there seems to be a lot of turnaround as far as some residents go. If I had to live in this neighborhood, this is probably the street I would choose to live on for it's ease of getting out of the subdivision.
