What are the most expensive streets in Civic Center, San Francisco?

The most expensive streets in the Civic Center (if you mean in terms of rents, which is what I am assuming), are right around Van Ness where the Opera House and all that is. Much of the Civic Center in San Francisco is (obviously) taken up by governement buildings. But there are some fancy apartments around Van Ness.

The other thing about the Civic Center is that it borders the Tenderloin, so those bordering areas tend to be less expensive.
