"Comfortable for families"

Cheney street is a comfortable place to live. There are mostly single and two family houses with small front lawns. There is rarely too much noise, unless it is summertime and kids are playing outside. The street itself, however, is a little narrow, especially when cars are parked on both sides. The neighbors are fair.
