Are there any wineries or local wine shops in Castle Rock?
If not vineyards, then any small locally-owned stores that sell Colorado wines?

I have been able to find one winery in Douglas County near Castle Rock...
Allis Ranch Winery was established in 2007 by David Rhyne, a family-owned, boutique winery near Sedalia, Colorado. We focus on Rhone varietals using small-lot vinification to create focused, hand-crafted wines. All grapes are sourced from top growers on the western slope of Colorado. Allis Ranch Winery uses sustainable practices through out the operation by minimizing the use of water and energy wherever possible.

I got curious after reading this question so I began searching and I did find one winery in Sedalia, outside of Castle Rock. Alli's Winery is described as a family owned boutique winery. They can be reached on the web at: http://www.allisranchwinery.com/

I am not aware of any vineyards in town, but Bubbles Liquor has a huge selection of great wines and a very knowledgeable staff. They also do a great wine tasting every Friday with a lot of great people and great wines.
