Brainerd has some pretty good schools. This is a very family-oriented neighborhood,and I've heard quite good things about the schools. Mt Vernon Elementary is right nearby, and that's supposed to be high quality, so you have some options.

The schools in this area are well respected by the parents that have children attending them. Their test scores rank in the mid to average range. This means that the half of the schools in this area are better (test wise) and half are worse.
