Bitter Bar on 9th for a fantastic experience -- craft cocktails created individually by hand using unique ingredients, and tell you the history of the drink. Conor O'Neals on 13th for a true Irish Pub, and Harpo's on Arapahoe after rugby practice or kickball. The Corner Bar in the Hotel Boulderado is also an easy favorite.

1. The rooftop at the Rio Grande Restaurant with a Big Tex margarita, guacamole and chips is a must. Ask for the Atomica salsa, not on the menu but, if you like jalapenos, you'll love it!
2. The Corner Bar at the Boulderado; serving up a great menu, in a historic hotel with authentic, classic architecture.
3. The Flagstaff Restaurant's bar. My husband and I go there randomly for a champagne toast/cocktail and/or an appetizer and/or dessert. The views...!

Can not beat the st Julien outside on a friday afternoon. The mixologists at the bitter bar are excellent, or you cant beat one of my home grown mint mojitos at my house.
