I have taken many classes through CU's continuing education program, and though I had to apply because I was pursuing a minor in Psychology, I know they have programs for people who want to take classes for fulfillment reasons. I had several classes where people audited the class(got to take it for free in return for critiques and reviews of the class and professor). I really enjoyed the professors I had through this program. It seemed to me that they all really cared about the subject matter, and many of the classes are after work, so that helps with a busy schedule.
