Where are the Italian communities in Chicago?

The main Italian Community in Chicago is Little Italy, which is in the Near West Side. To be fair, it's not nearly as predominantly Italian as it used to be, because of gentrification, but it's still pretty Italian and has quite a few Italian restaurants.
