What are the basic demographics of Baker?

I have a buyer I'm working with and her budget is $300k and she especially is looking in Baker; I'm finding there are a number of houses around $250-300 in the neighborhood.

As of the last census it was 59% white, 34% Hispanic, 3% African American, and a spattering of Native American Indian as well as Asian/Pacific Islanders. This has really changed in recent years as Hispanics used to be much more prevalent here. I've though about it and can't really give you any good reason why this has changed...
