I have a buyer I'm working with and her budget is $300k and she especially is looking in Baker; I'm finding there are a number of houses around $250-300 in the neighborhood

Thats not bad considering the area, a home for $250k could work. What is the situation now, what street(s) could I take a walk or drive down to get a feel for this range?
