"Avenida Tranquila-- Family friendly."
A friend of mine was renting a house on this street for about two years. Rent was high, but that's just the way it is on the PV Peninsula.They loved the street and the entire "Country Club" area. They enjoyed walking their large dogs in this neighborhood. Avenida Tranquila is a very quiet street. The homes are beautiful and many have great views of the ocean and the city. The nearby Ralph's grocery store is within walking distance. Many residents like to walk to this store to get a cup of coffee and enjoy the store's indoor court yard. Avenida Tranquila is another great street. You can't go wrong with the Country Club area.
