Is the weather in Atlanta really bad in spring? (For a person with allergies)

I've heard horror stories... someone pls fill me in... Thanks!

Sorry to say, the answer is yes. Springtime in Atlanta can be cruel to people with allergies. The pollen gets so thick, you can see yellow traces of it on peoples cars and on the cement. If you plan to be in Atlanta during the spring, be sure to have a good non-drowsy med. on hand. Good luck.
