Is the Atlanta Industrial Park a good community for both residents and businesses?

My job is relocating me to work in this area. Are there any nice residential living spaces nearby, or is it mostly commercial?

Well, I'd say not really... Atlanta Industrial Park is mostly an industrial business park. The area is predominately home to commercial businesses (with large warehouses).
