What options are there for adult education in Amenia?

As far as universities go, pretty much nothing at all. There are three colleges in the Poughkeepsie area and another in Red Hook (Bard), but nothing on this side of the county. There's also Bard College at Simon's Rock up in Great Barrington, MA, but you're already talking places that are a ways away. The community colleges are nowhere near Amenia.
