Nice private road with a variety of different houses and most have at least an acre of land. Some houses are newly remodeled, some are older that need to be fixed up, some for sale, and some that are hidden and can't be seen. We do live very close to the interstate (I-75) which has pros and cons. Pros of being close to the interstate are the many gas stations, restaurants, fast food places, banks, grocery stores, a Walmart and many other places for just about whatever you need or want. The cons of living by the interstate is sometimes it does get noisy and there are a lot of semi's getting off of the interstate. The houses are far apart but there is still some noise because we are a non deed restricted, agricultural neighborhood,called Magnolia Manor and being a non deed restricted neighborhood means we must take care of our own lawn. On the weekends there is some normal noise because there are people mowing their lawn. Also, there are dogs that bark when people are walking down the road, but they don't bark at night too much and they are only doing their job to protect the streets, not that protection is needed. There are at least three cops that live in the neighborhood and I've never known of anybody's house getting broken into. There is lots of activities going on during the day on the streets, such as people walking their dogs, children riding bikes and scooters, people riding horses, and many other activities. he traffic in this neighborhood is very low in volume. The schools nearby are excellent and there are plenty of them for every grade. Overall this is a great neighborhood to live on for anyone.
