We've had a few people on the forums introduce themselves as new to NY in the past week or so. Now we have an official thread for people to meet.

think the NY Score is a little on the low side. Cmon new yorkers lets get a better score!!

I'm not a New Yorker resident, but i do have to visit many times a year for business. I always find resources like this very helpful, if im in need of something, good to know some local new yorkers are here to help.

Thanks to jack for pointing me to this thread. I just joined, looks like a good place to keep up with people. I have lived in Manhattan and Jackson Heights, now in northern NJ. Hi all.

AJ, is there a way to make this thread sticky so it appears at the top of a list? That way newbies will see it first and stop in and say hi!

Hi Hudson,

There are a lot of new improvements coming to the forums in the next couple of months, including community moderators, sticky threads and more. I will keep you posted.

You are right though, this is a perfect thread to be at the top of the list.
