Best way is to fill out an application at the local town hall. There is a very long wait (I have heard it can take several months up to even a year, but everyone's experience is different), but the housing is well-worth it as the place is very well kept and is almost right in the center of town. The style is condominiums and is right by a little playground park, the Triangle Shopping Center, a basketball court, a Shell gas station, and the bike path. However, if you don't want to wait that long, your bet is to look in other towns near the area.
