How much is a 5 acre plot of land in Yampa? Any interesting properties for sale now?

I couldn't find anything too interesting, but you might want to check out www.landwatch.com. It's a website geared mostly to vacant land, although it does have land with homes on it. You can search by the town, city, county, or state you're looking in. It lists all the property features and average temperatures for the area you're looking at. I go on there to dream a lot. :)
