Is building 555 West 170 street in Washington Heights safe to live?

I would be moving there with my teenage daughter.

I can't say for sure, but my daughter has been living near there for the past couple of years and really hasn't had trouble. It's pretty close to a hospital, so I think it's pretty safe. But I don't live there...
