One library I frequented there as a child is in Wappingers Falls, called the Grinnell Library. It's on Route 9D across the street from Mesier Park, up the hill from the falls. It's in an old building but it's pretty well stocked with books; it also has digital amenities like computers and whatnot. As far as I know that's the only one in town.
