There aren't any, but in Poughkeepsie, just to the north, there are Amici's and Shadows on the Hudson. If you take 52 to the Newburgh-Beacon bridge and go across the river into Newburgh, you'll find that River Grill, Cena 2000, and Torches are right on the water.
