Looking to rent in your wonderful village!

Hello,

My name is Nancy and I am a divorced mother with three wonderful children. I am very interested in renting one of the houses at Village Terrace. My children love it and it is the perfect location for all of us.

I am a Santa Barbara native. I have owned my own home on San Marcos Pass for 12 years and I am in the process of selling in order to be closer to work, town, friends.

Presenting, I am working as a preschool teacher in Goleta.

I can afford $2,500-2,700 for rent.
