All depends what you are up for. Here are few suggestions:
1. Go dancing at Elbo Room (if you're a hipster type), Make-Out Room (if you're more of a down to earth hipster), Roccapulco (if you're more into Salsa) or DNA (if you prefer the ecstacy-laced strobe light experience).
2. More of a movie buff, check out the Castro Movie theater (an old movie palace right at the heart of the Gay Capitol of the Universe), or head up to the Kabuki and have beer while catching your flick in state of the art digs. In the summer you can also watch movies outdoors in Dolores Park. If you want a bite to eat while watching a flick check out the Cinema Cafe.
3. Go to one of the hundreds of world class restaurants in the area from Firefly and Gary Danko to Ame or Delfina. (There are literally hundreds of other choices, these are just the first 4 that happened to come to mind.)
There are also all the museums up in SoMa and by Golden Gate Park, and tons of hiking and biking trails. Really, there is so much to do that without having some sense of what you are into it is hard to even make suggestions. Good luck exploring.
