"Nice community with mountain views and friendly people"

I moved to this area because the price was right and because of the natural beauty of the area. The school district is not the greatest, but there are other options like charter schools. Overall it is well-maintained and safe with convenient access to everything. There are major chain stores as well as mom and pop shops. The choices for dining are somewhat limited, but there are some restaurants that are within walking distance. There is also a brand new library nearby. There are many parks for the kids and the San Tan Mountain Regional Park has great hiking trails. This community is suburban with a rural feel.
