"Good view greater value"

The Causeway has some of the greatest hotel values in Fort Lauderdale and probably the best view of the Intracoastal Waterway at nights with the myriad of lights from the water traffic below and the gorgeous archetectural skyline. The street is close proximity to the Covention Center and minutes from the beach. Just a beautiful spot in Fort Lauderdale.

"Clean and not so serene"

Peters Road is the new financial district of Central Broward County. It is a highly diversed business street equipped with medium to very highly rated dining establishments. It is close proximity to good shopping and entertainment. The traffic is a little on the busy side but the area is quite safe and boasts a very cozy corporate feel.

"No Cars No Lights just perfect"

Hollywood North Broadwalk is an environmental haven and a natural gem. Part of the 2.1 black top road running parallel to the Atlantic Ocean, this part of the broadwalk is home to the north beach and the eastern end of county recreation park. Firmly placed between dunes of sea oats and sea grapes, the location is a quick getaway from the business of South florida. Apparently the sea turtles agrees with me judging by how often they nest in this secluded spot.

"The new Lauderdale"

For years fort Lauderdale has been griping about its lost place in the tourist world after they ban the spring breakers. Twenty years later, the city is back. Thanks to the rejuventated las Olas Boulevard. The nightlife rivals that of South Beach and the shops are swankier than Bal Harbor's. It is accessible by land and water and there is something for everyone to do.

"A model of stability"

Sheridan street like many of Hollywood's older streets struggles with retaining its historic appeal verses biting at the urge to modernize. this balance is attained very successfully with the Anne Kolb Nature Center at the street's east end and communities like Emerald Hills on the western boundaries of the city. If you love the outdoors, this street has it all. From the wide open playgrounds of Boggs Field to the pristine nature center.

"Decent business street"

Home to the state 17th Circuit Court and the county courthouse, South East 2nd street is a motorist nightmare. Parking is rare and expensive. eating spots are non-existent if you choose to exclude hot dog carts from your dining options. It is however, a safe street to carry out business. Very high police presence due to the courthouse. Typically a clean environment.
