"Great place to live, near the water, and centrally located!"

Weber street is very similiar to Fair Oaks and caroline street. We lived on Fair Oaks Dr two street over from Weber, and on our walks in the neighborhood we would walk down this street. It looks like a great place to live! Just like fair Oaks and Caroline st, it is a small street off the beaten path, and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it a great Street to live on! It has small to medium sized middle class homes that are neat and clean. It is a low traffic flow street, and most cars on the street are the people who live there. However the hosues seemed to be not as well kept up with as the ones on Caroline st and Fair Oaks. Not dirty or run down, just not as neat and cared for. There are a few small businesses on the street, such as the Rockin ' Seams video game rental store. Which is a great little store that is reasonably priced. It is centrally located near shopping, schools and the College of Alameda and a 5 minute drive to NAS Alameda where my husband worked.

Caroline st is off the beaten path, and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it a great Street to live on! We lived on Fair Oaks Dr one street over from Caroline, and on our walks in the neighborhood we would walk down this street and it is just lovely! It has small to medium sized middle class homes that are neat and clean. It is a low traffic flow street, and most cars on the street are the people who live there. Of course you do have the noise from the Air Base and the planes overhead, but you get used to it! It is centrally located near shopping, schools and the College of Alameda and a 5 minute drive to NAS Alameda where my husband worked.

"Great street for familes!"

Fair Oaks Dr is a lovely short little street. It has small middle class homes that are neat and clean. The street is fairly quite at night, and full of the sounds of children's, and the everyday going to work. It is a low traffic flow street, and most cars on the street are the people who live there. So that definitely cuts down on the street noise as well. The rent there was moderate for Alameda, and the homes were much older homes, but many are renovated and very nice inside. There are a few small businesses on the street, but they do not bring in allot of traffic. One is the Surf House Cleaning and they are coming and going all day, but not bringing customers to their location, rather they go to them. It is centrally located near shopping, schools and the College of Alameda and a 5 minute drive to NAS Alameda where my husband worked.
