This is a nice place to live but not the best place visit. It is not close to any nice shops or nightlife even though it is in San Francisco. The area used to be nice but now is kind of going down hill. The neighbors are somewhat friendly but not overtly. Basically the neighborhood seems like it could use a facelift. I love SF and when my grandparents lived on this street I loved to visit but the weather is only so so since it can be very cold and damp.

This street connects Daly City and Brisbane. My father grew up hitchhiking over this street to see my mom. Along time ago this was a nice area. Now it is almost adjacent to some really scary areas. I would be wary of buying a home on the Daly City side of this street. However if you are a couple or single this has some really views of the Bay Area when you are high up on the hillside and it has a very nice central location with good access to freeways.

Its a court so you don't get hardly any traffic. Everyone keeps to themselves pretty much. We were even able to build a good neighbor fence and everyone pitched in their part of the fee's, Not a lot of social life if you like to hang out with the neighbors. Everyone is pretty friendly and all but one house has been well taken care of.
